As Integer Customer Service Representative I am adept at: Consulting with customers to evaluate their needs, determine best services, and suggest additional services that may be of interest.
To properly do what I am doing, it requires the ability to handle multiple tasks. I am not that kind of CSR who only take incoming telephone calls information over the telephone, I also consider making outbound calls to my customers in order to keep the information needed by them and even from them to us up to date for better services.
If needed, I do meet customers personally in their own officers to clear up any still opened question, but usually a single phone call or even email is enough to reach their overall satisfaction.
